Activities for the past weekend
5km Hike with fam on Saturday and a circuit session yesterday (full body workout) and afterwards it was a kitchen tea and braai, festive season of food and drinks lets do this , its all about not losing my fitness this holidays , weight will go up, that's normal because of snacks and drinks and a lot of party's this time of the year , But Fitness I don't want to lose you.
