Ok...still holding on to doing well...probably won't be able to hit the gym tonight, sigh, but will make up for it tomorrow. Eating reasonably and looking into calorie cycling. Let's see if that helps! No matter what, gonna keep on trying because even if I don't lose the weight I must be doing some good, right?
