I have been depressed because I am realizing that i am still obese and i need to get back to eating the correct way. I have't been eating the way I should and usung my sleeve effectively.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
