when following low carb i find it helpful to have 1 "break" day per week. this allows me to indulge, but i also find that i don't want or crave as much of the unhealthy stuff. i had my day on sunday and monday. Sunday i had pizza, which i miss greasy ooey gooey cheesy pizza the most. now i probably won't want it for awhile. so far this week already i'm off to a great start.
