I worked out hard last week and only cheated one day! I can't believe I GAINED weight! I am so frustrated!

I'm in the same boat. Cheated alittle more than a day, was spread out lol. But not enought to gain...

We all have days like that. Consistency is key with weight loss, so just get back on plan and keep going.
