This weekend was GREAT; went through my closet and found jeans, capris, shorts & shirts all a size smaller that FIT well. I did a ot of laundry & bagged up larger clothes & took them to Goodwill. I have a doctor's appointment today & am actually looking forward to weighing there. A woman came over to me before water aerobics & complimented me on my weight loss, wanting to know what I'm eating "if anything". Ha ha! I have been working out 5 days a week and it shows!
