Things you attempt to 'contain' on the inside have a tendency to find their ways 'outside' - pick and choose what stresses you and you will maintain control.

I know...for instance...I am on an ADF day today...but my sugar...is at an 6th month high of 131 . How does that happen without food? Stress ,,,,I guess!! :>(
