JOURNAL :I Fasted today. Started AN ADF FAST today ( MON- WED EATING ) THEN I will revert to 18/6 on Thurs. Really fighting an emotional eating urge. As soon as I committed to today’s fast…The Overeating urges faded. I had a good yoga time today - stayed Keto - but eating was getting out of hand Friday and Sat.
