I read this book, fat flush a few years back. I did the diet and never felt so good. Like everything else, I relapsed. Just went back to eating constantly. I am very happy to see it on this site. Wish me luck.

gracie, it's very important that you have the book! If you can't afford to buy a copy, get one from your library. Another great FF companion book is the FF journal and shopping guide (small book, fits in purse, lists foods by phase).
