Ok...I really don't know what else to do...I will keep on working out and watching what I eat, but really...really...How is this supposed to motivate me to want to work out? Yes, I feel better overall, but still I want to look better overall as well. This just sucks

First google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight gain. I don't know the type of exercise your are doing, but exercise can sometimes make the scale go up because of water retention. If that is not the issue, then you should look at your diet. Are you eating to much sodium? Are you eating too many calories so that your not losing? You might want to try a week of 1500 a day and be strict. Write every thing down honestly and if you lose, than that's most likely the problem. Some people have slower metabolisms and can't eat as much as others and still lose. Losing weight isn't an exact science and you need to keep changing things till you find what works.
