Been taking it easy the last week or two, as wanted to stablize. But am re-energized to hit health hard this week! Not necessarily for weight loss - but more because I felt better when I was more disciplined! (Go figure...????)
Off to a good start for the week. The airport was a mad house. Arrived there 75 minutes early, but instead of getting checked in and sitting on the otherside having coffee and oatmeal, reading the paper, and doing my makeup while waiting to board... I stood in line the entire time. First at the check in counter, then at security. I guess a lot of planes were cancelled yesterday, and that mess is hanging over onto today. Therefore, I got on the plane without coffee, without food. Midwest Express sells breakfast on the planes, but todays meals all included a muffin. If I bought the meal, I couldn't eat just the fruit and yogurt and leave the muffin untouched... so I skipped the whole thing. I had almonds in my computer bag - that was breakfast. Once I arrived at hotel, I ate fruit and scrambled eggs!
I am all unpacked - and now need to dash off for a lunch meeting, and then a full afternoon. I will log food and exercise tonight.
