I am having such a hard time getting back on track. I keep setting dates and putting it off. I don't know what is wrong with me. When I had lost, I had to put a safety pin in my pants because they were too big. This morning I had to take that safety in out! How disappointing! But then I had a meeting at my house tonight and I ate chips and cookies! I am getting worried!

Don't lose hope! We all have periods of setback. Recommit yourself to your diet. Try to stay motivated -- one thing I do is read a success story...think about how beautiful you'll look and feel once you reach your goal weight. You're worth it!

No,No! Now we are not having this! What are you doing? You have to get it together Patricia. Snap back before you get too far in this eating habit! This is a dangerous game to play with your body and I promise you....you will lose! You are going to be totaly disgusted with yourself a few weeks from now if you don't stop this mess immediately. Start today! Pull yourself out of this funk. I love that new picture of you. Put that same outfit on today and look at yourself in the mirror, if you are not pleased then you have the power to fix it before it's too late! You can and you will do this. Think about how you want to feel, how you want to look, how you want others to view you and how you want to feel in your clothes! Girl, think about that ONE person that you would hate to run into on a day when you look like crap! Think about that same person and how it would make you feel sick to your stomach if that person saw you fat and out of shape....You know that seeing them will haunt you for a long time if they see that you have let yourself go. STOP THIS TODAY! NOT TOMORROW! TODAY! You are going to bump into this person Patricia! Just when you least expect it that person is going to be right there and you are not going to be able to hide! Be prepared, make them do a double take and envy you instead of doing a double take and laughing at you! I am going to be checking in with you. Send us some good news that you are back on track. Do this for Patricia!

Don't keep setting a date to start, just do it...the longer you wait the worse you are going to feel and you don't want that!!! You did so great the first time around, just keep thinking about that! You can do this, just jump right in and get it started!

You guys are so right! I have been avoiding my boyfriend because I know that he will be able to tell I have gained weight. (I know that he could care less. Actually he will be happy that my brests are bigger!) Anyway, I am going to go to the store today so that I can get back on track. THANKS FOR ALL OF THE WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT!

Don't beat yourself up. I had the same problem just a few weeks ago. Like everyone said, just do it!! Right now, tell yourself you're doing it today. I had the same problem with my pants being huge on me and then they weren't. Just remember how great it felt when you had to put that safety pin in them. You can do...we're all behind you!!

It's so funny, when I was reading everyone's comments I felt like a kid in my class being disciplined! I just sat there thinking, they are so right. I know, I know. I told a friend of mine, "My friends really got on me and encouraged me not to give up." They said, "What friends?" I said, "Oh, my online Fatsecret friends." lol My new goal is to put the safety pin back in my pants. What a crazy goal! Only my Fatsecret friends will understand that goal!
