ok, so the Grilled Chicken salad I ate at Cracker Barrel Saturday nite showed up on the scale this morning. Kinda discouraging. I gained 4 lbs. last weekend from a cheat and it took me all week to lose it. ugh should have learned my lesson!

@ tntbeauty...lol, the 4 lb. gain was last weekend from eating 3 donuts! I knew better!!!
