Hello everyone, I'll be honest and did over did it on thanksgiving - too much turkey, mashed potato's, pecan pie, dutch apple pie, chips - you name it - I tried to keep track of what I ate but gave up logging it in. I have to admit that it did taste very good. I did work out in the morning so that is something positive. What I'm begining to realize is that it's okay to have a treat day once in a while as long as I don't do it every day for 3 weeks.
New day today and will get back on track in logging in everything I eat. Wishing everyone a great weekend
