I'm 74 years old as of the 15th of November! so: reminders to self: tricks I use to stay on track: 1. do not go shopping for food when hungry. 2. Log all food I eat BEFORE I eat it. :) 3. Do pushups and pullups, and ride my bicycle (30 to 45min) only TWO times a week (not good to over do, a trap I can easily fall into.) 4. COUNT my blessing every time I sit down to eat.
