I'm actually a little surprised that when I'm out of WW points for the day, I still remain pretty low on calories... Hmmm, maybe thats why it works??? LOL

I found that as well! I hear this is why WW recently made fruits and vegetables "free" or 0 point foods. People were skipping them, and not eating enough. I lost 30lbs on WW and am incredibly proud, but after that weight came off it was time for me too figure out what I needed to be eating because I couldn't make the maintenance work for me. However, WW really set me up to succeed, I've kept that weight off 2 years now, because I learned how to portion my food, and be honest with myself about what I'm eating.
