Woohoo I did my weigh in this morning and have lost almost 3 pounds in one week. I am so excited! It really pays off when I eat right and stick to my excercising. I really hope I continue to do this well every week. Now getting ready to enjoy a nice grilled steak and salad with my hubby. Gotta love when he's off of work.
