Finally got serious this last 7-10 days. Have been logging in everything and it makes it so much easier when I do this, as it totally keeps me aware of what I eat. No more random pieces of chocolate 'just because.' They all add up, and that's what adds up to the pounds.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 67.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
