Had a bbq with some friends last night. It was a MUCH-NEEDED treat, and I didn't watch my calories at all--I just didn't bother. I even ate some cookies (for the first time in a looong time). It was nice to just let go for a night and not worry about keeping track of calories. Of course it won't be a habit. It was just an 'indulgence day' of sorts. I have been feeling very calorie-deficient lately, anyway, so it was really nice to splurge.
