Last nights dinner I forgot to log. But I ate 1.5 sausage links to up my carbs to 20NC. Broccoli, onion and a few baby carrots with homemade cheese sauce 🤤 My stomach is still angry. I'll have to order some of that gluten enzyme some of you mentioned!
