I didn't think I ate that well yesterday. The chicken taco road food from Taco Bell ended up having a crispy shell which was laden with fat, ughhh. My body is learning to not like what I used to crave for. This taco was an example. The grease landed in my stomach like a bowling ball. Then at night, I succumbed to a hedonistic binge of a cup of chocolate ice cream. It was so satisfying!! For dinner, while I steamed the tilapia, I used a Chinese sauce to flavor it, it included heated oil and soy sauce, and sugar. With some steamed bok choi and basmati rice, it was a fabulous dinner. So today, I'll keep a closer eye on the fat intake. Going surfing here in a few minutes.
