Soulnoid's Journal, 22 April 2012

Day 93- So another pound gone. Again, I am home and the logging of eaten food and excercise has gone to crap. I leave tomorrow for a week on the road so it should be a good week and back on track. I can say I continue to eat healthy and I am active when I am home, afterall I am still losing.

We hopefully my bad week is over. It ended yesterday with my the soccer team I coach getting beat really bad. It was not the loss that sucked but the girls got beat mentally and gave up. It was the worse game I have ever coached. I don't have a problem if we lose, but I do have a problem when we don't play our game. We played a good team and we folder.

Hope this week goes well.

Congrats on losing another pound. You seem to be doing fantastic!! Keeping on track on the road must be hard. I moved a couple of states over and drove back and forth a couple of times and things went to poop real fast. But then again maybe thats a statement about me lol. Good luck this week. Stay strong!

I find it much easier on the road to track things. I am on a much better routine when eating and time in the hotel. Nothing there to pull me away. I avoid the bars now to. I can workout in the hotel gym or do a routine in my room.

Good for you staying motivated. And obviously its working for you. Love the way you have a plan and stick with it. Ohhhhhh wait do you go to the gym to meet the ladies lol. Just teasin :)

Funny thing is, the fitness rooms in the hotels are empty most of the time, that is what I like. If there is a 'lady' in there she is either really fit and could kick my butt or she runs out when a man comes in. There was one time when a nice lady came in while I was in the gym and I frooze up. I talked about it in one of my journal entries. I wish it involved ladies... there are not many women who travel and stay in hotels during the week. Mostly men and old couples :-(

I tease you because I do remember your story about the lady you didnt say hello to. I figured you had it going on by now lol.
