Day 3 and I'm doing ok. I worked out for the first time in a LONG time today, 20min. of pilates and 20min. of elliptical - baby steps! Doing pretty good with the food, I haven't had any restricted foods but I'm probably eating more than I should. I am feeling optimistic and confident today! I'm resisting the urge to weigh myself for a couple of days because I have been an obsessive scale slave in the past. This is kind of fun thinking up new creative ways to cook dinner.

Bravo for you! I bet you'll be surprised by that scale when you do weigh in. I have tons of really neat recipe links for South Beach. If you're interested send me an email and I'll send them to you. Sounds like you're going to do great here!
