Good Monday morning! I think Keto is kicking my butt. Been having an awful headache. I weighed this morning and it was much better so I recorded it. I plan to go to my boyfriends for a couple weeks and I won't have a scale. But he is a good cook and I know I will eat properly. Hopefully I will have had a loss when I get back. We do plan to go for some walks so I am very excited about that.
