Feeling good about everything today. I feel better and am looking forward to a nice quiet weekend. Recorded a weigh in even though I didn't actually get weighed. I have been excellent on tracking my food and lax on entering my exercise so must be on track. My clothes have gotten looser so something is changing for the better. Started adding vitamin supplements so that could be why I am feeling better. What a difference a couple of weeks can do.
