Not much has been going on in my life the last few days. My Grandma's doing better, she's still in the hospital but they'll be moving her to a skilled care facility. Boyfriend should be hearing any day now about the Baltimore job... (The company supposedly had their hiring meeting yesterday) and work is the same old same old.
My best friend since we were 6 years old is coming to visit for the weekend! I'm really excited to see her. It will definitely be a busy weekend, but one filled with walking around, dancing, and having good times. I still have my football game on Saturday so I'll get some exercise in.
I feel like I'm stuck in a rut. My eating habits have slipped a bit, I've been so worried and preoccupied about other things that I haven't been working out as much. Plus, when I'm stressed, my weight loss comes to a halt. I feel like I need something to work towards. I'll be running the Philly half marathon again in November, but that's so far away. Maybe I'll find a 5k to run? Hmmm....

Glad your grandma is doing better. That's awesome that you guys have been friends since age 6! Wow, good friends are hard to come by. You guys will have a blast I'm sure! Don't worry about you eating. You are doing great, we all slip up. You have been too busy/stressed, but as soon as things start looking up, you'll be back at it. We're in the same boat. Sometimes other things are more important than finding time to work out. Enjoy your weekend =)

I think that when it starts to get warmer out-we will all be getting more active. Signing up for a upcomming race might be a good motivator or help to jumpstart more exercise. Do you like bike riding? Last time I was in Philly, we brought our bikes and rode all over. And of course, I stopped at the art gallery to climb the stairs and jump like Rocky!
