Today I had a breakfast panini because the oatmeal was all gone. Then we celebrated administrative professional's day with a catered Hawaiian chicken. At the end of the work day I have already eaten over my calories for the day AND snuck in a cookie to satisfy my sweet craving. I really need to start eating better and working out 4-5 times a week instead of 2-3.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
