Ah-Oh! I'm on a bad streak of craving junk food and feeling entitled to indulge. I did meet my weight goals, but I would like to stay there. So here are some strategies I plan to employ starting today:
1. Drink water instead of indulging in junk. 2. Drink more coffee to suppress appetite. 3. Just say no and be strong! 4. Pack healthy snacks for "snack times" 10 am and 3 pm.' 5. Go back to not snacking after 8:30 pm. 6. Eat more HEALTHY foods--marathon training requires good nutrition.
I can do it!!!!
