If you have a kitchen aid standup mixer, I suggest you use it to shred up meats! I use it for boiled chicken, pulled pork and also when making sushi like here... it makes it so easy!!!

Hope he delivers!!! I inherited mine from my GramGram, it is a super old one, but works like a champ, a great investment if you don't have a good mixer!!
