Hi all
Its being a crazy weekened, suprised at 0,2 kg loss after had doritos, lays marie biscuits, cheezy saucy mac, roast chicken, mash pototoe & steak, cooldrink. Will behave myself this week ,weekends are always so tough.
151.5 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
