I have been using a guidebook from "Pink Method" diet plan to help me get ideas for meals and workouts, but I am not following it strictly because I felt that the plan was too restrictive and if I tried to completely cut sugar and condiments out of my diet I would eventually fail because I would get frustrated and want to binge.

I have been limiting my sugar intake and eating more fruits and veggies for 3 weeks now, I have basically cut out drinking soda (I had my first one today in 3 weeks) but I usually drink water or tea, mostly water, sometimes flavored with no calorie enhancers.

I do already feel healthier than I did before I made these small changes, however, I have not lost much weight yet, maybe 2 lbs.

I have not really started working out yet, but I plan on doing 30 minutes on the tredmill tonight so I will feel better about my activity level once I start doing this sort of thing regularly.
