so i fell off the wagon hard core but surprisingly i haven't gained all my weight back.
I actually weighed myself for the first time yesterday and was .1 below what I was when I fell off the wagon.
I haven't been monitoring my food intake but I also haven't been eating just to eat.
I will get back on track but its going to be hard. I can do it!
