Feeling good although a little sore. Yesterday was a real workout for me. I did a workout in the morning on my arms and shoulders till they were like rubber. After a few hours, I did squats till my legs were tired. Then I had to go change the tire on my daughters car and it was so nice outside that I shoveled show for 15-20 minutes. I felt real good until last night. Then I started feeling a little old. It was actually a good feeling, having actually worked some muscles for a change. I am upping my calories a little but am going to remain very aggressive with this. I tried the scale this am and it is getting closer (it no longer is pinned at the end), so progress is happening. I feel better and with all the water, the running to the bathroom all the time gets me off my chair more often. Thanks to all who read and comment, it is appreciated.
