I have been at this for a little over a year and have lost about 18 pounds. I really want to get down to my 20 somethings weight and size as I need to take care of my heart and maintain lower cholesterol levels. I need to see some more progress now that spring is in the air so I can keep on track. I have cut down on fats and such things as eggs, I try to walk 5 miles a day but fail often. I follow a strict dietary discipline at work but I fall apart at dinner.

Diet Calendar Entries for 10 March 2010:
