As of today I am 24 pounds lighter than I was on Jan 1st. I am still working on eating the best food that I can. It is tough for me, but I am making a lot of progress. As far as working out goes, I am addicted! I feel like crap if I miss a day of exercise. So, I do everything I can to make it to the gym for cardio or do a kettlebell workout at home in the evening if I haven't been able to make it to the gym. There have only been about three days in the last month where I had to miss a workout completely.
My goals:
-This week- * Lose 3 pounds
-This month- *Weigh 199 by the 31st!! *Use the stairmaster for 30 mins at level 5 *Run one mile without stopping
