I decided to join a challenge for abs... I am working on it in the gym but I believe that doing the challenge will help me focus even more on it! Been there, done it and challenges do work for me!

I want to cut off the last few pounds for good! I made my decision and from today on I will be eating soups at work. Next week will be veggies and I will rotate between the two.

I made some Hummus last weekend and repeated yesterday, I am happy I learned how to prepare it myself!
Guess what!! My boyfriend now can't stop eating carrotts with it... which usually never happens! (no carrots for him) What an achievement!

Today I will make Baba ganouche... and will see if I like it...
So... all in all... diet is being looked after, gym is on every second day and I am determined to go for it and cut on my last few pounds!!!

Looking at the profile pic, your abs look great but I guess you want them to look even better :) Go for it! Nothing is better than doing something that you already know is working for you. Keep it up, you'll reach your goal in no time!

I saw some progresso soup, let me go look at it, I bought some so I could tell one of my other buddies about it. It is progresso High Feber Hearty Vegetable and noodles. Soups tend to be on the high carb side and if you are wanting to lose those last few pounds yo gotta watch the carbs! I wish you all the best!

Gemini thanks for noticing lol but that is only a flatter stomach and much better than before, there is no abs or anything sexy that I wish to have lol. I willd efinitely push myself a bit harder! :)

kmaxwell08, I was on soup for 6 months every single day and that helped lose my weight, so it works for me. Thanks for the additional info about carbs and for the soup name, that can always be useful! :)) With the veggies and soup next week that should help a lot... and of course exercising every 2nd day... I will get there by end of April I hope so! :)

Excellent mirej, we may make a cook out of you yet! :-) Let me know what you think of the baba ganoush and try to keep going into the Arabic foods, very healthy and worth the effort.

Hey Info.. I don't really cook I leave that up to my man... and I haven't had a chance yet to make baba ganouche... but will most likely this weekend! I love falafel too and other Arabic foods... I am always up for yummi and healthy food! Have a nice weekend info!!

Anne, my pleasure to write you a lil something. I have been lacking on that lately and even my own journal is having blank 'pages' but things in life just do happen and we move on... so here I am writing again! I did join the challenge and am happy to be part of it again! I really need to work on those abs and I will most likely have some pics for the challenge... will see, hopefully it goes well. Nice to have you in there as well... it does remind me of the days when I just started all this! It was nice... hope we can do it again! Have a nice weekend!
