Chest/triceps/abs day @ gym--circuit: 75 minutes
Push-ups on the bar lowest to the ground 3x15 Dumbbell press- 3x15 15lb Tricep bench dips 3 x15 Pec flys- messed up-used 10#, should be 12lb tricep kickbacks- 3x15 8lb👍 tricep extensions w/ rope 😐 need to insert these in a different spot & determine right weight
Ab machine: 2x 15 76 lbs
Good stretch on the floor, also chest stretches
Cardio:
Started Barbell on high step- up boxes 👍 BIG DEAL, FELT GOOD 3 sets of 8 on each leg, only added 5 lb total to focus on form, will go up tomorrow
1 set barbell squats
Extra sets without weight, some slow for balance & intensity
After 6 weeks of hard work at the gym, I'm getting into **the stuff I used to do**and it feels great to be strong enough to do it with balance and good focus. Nice!
