Beakfast 2 eggs & 3 slices bacon.Orange juice. 2 Applebee"s ribs& 1/2 bakwd potato /w cottage. Night snack fresh strawberries /w a little sugar. Syayed up until 5am doing taxes.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
