Pullovers still hurt
2x abs @ 76 lb
Biceps 15lbs 2 sets @ 15 reps both reg & hammer curls👍
Back machine 3 sets @ 120 lbs
Ran out of time to do torso arm

Sorry to hear about the pullover pain. Soon after reading your entry above, I was reading my email, read this week's newsletter from Dave Draper, and his inbox question/ response included the topic of pullover pain. Tom-- what a great resource-- I checked out that site and its great!
I actually threw my body between some malfunctioning school bus doors that were about to crush my child to protect him last Spring and I think that is where the shoulder pain is coming from. The incident gave me tennis elbow type pain for a week from holding the doors open. I had zero pain until starting to lift weights again! The left side is fine. Oh well!
