I actually did 7.80 miles yesterday because my daughters wanted to go for a walk to enjoy the weather. Now today I am hurting bad, as I was walking to the kitchen to make my coffee my hip cracked and cramped. I suffer with joint pains so today I have to take it easy. From two days of speed walking my body feels sore. I feel good though knowing I pushed myself. Since I changed my eating habits I noticed my chart looks different. A lot more fat intake but carbs and sugar looks much better.
