Since my daughters been sick and in the hospital I have only been able to eat what I could get my hands on and the stress has made my choices less than favorable. So I knew I would gain but we're back home and my plan is too start from scratch... goal is to loose 15 pounds in the next two weeks. I had to drop out this semester so being at home with her mean s more opportunities to exercise(glass half full mentality). Lets see if I can do it, wish me luck!!
