Well I managed to get through Christmas....but for New Years I just decided to eat what I wanted. I was visiting a friend and went out for a five course dinner with wine pairings and lots of alcohol. Then I had an emotional New Years day and ate some junk food. Oh well. I started eating better and exercising again yesterday. On a positive note: I need to increase the intensity of my workouts because they aren't really challenging any more. I'm getting more fit :-).
193.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

You sound like me! I decided to drink New Years because I never drink , so I was just going to take what the scale gave me. But now I am feeling motivated too since the holidays are behind us.
