BG 107 this morning. Fell off the wagon a bit by overeating nuts and dairy. My weight is up 3 lbs. I guess my weight loss and heath will not follow a straight line. My overeating lately is related to changes in work schedule and returned hot flashes. It's hard to take care of myself when my sleep and day are constantly interrupted by sweats.
