***TODAY'S FOOD*** 1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (shake mix, 6 cubes of cantalope, water, ice) 2.)Lunch: Visalus Shake (shake mix, almond extract, cinnamon, water, ice) 3.)Dinner: Steamed cabbage with dried chili pepper flakes, green onion tops and patis / leftover rotisserie chicken. 4.)Dessert: 3 small packs of "Hello Panda" choco-filled cookies / 6-7 Sour Patch Bunnies. {{{Grrrrr....why oh why did I eat all these!?!?! I KNOW this won't help my weigh-ins and yet I still can't stop myself! Argh!}}}
***EVENING WORKOUT*** Treadmill stats... Time: 45 minutes Distance: 2.57 miles (10.2 laps) Incline: 6.5 Speed: 3, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 mph Burned: Calories: 428 Fat Cals: 134 {{{MAN, I was struggling to keep up this evening! I thought I was going to give up by the 15 minute mark, but I managed to push through 'til 45 minutes. How?! I don't know! But I was TIRED all the way through! However, I cheated and ate like 3 small packs of those "Hello Panda" choco-filled cookies and some sour patch bunnies....so I'm afraid I'm going to be really angry tomorrow. I hate feeling like that. I hate feeling bad about my weight period.}}}
