What the hell is up with this?! The past three days I have seen weight gain. I've been sticking with my calories for the most part. If I go over, it's just me eating more of my regular foods. It's not like I go to McDonald's and pig out! But I'm telling myself I gotta push thru it and continue with my regimen regardless of what it says on the scale! Because if anything, it can help me figure out what foods and activities do to my body. At this point usually is where I would give in to temptation. This is a true test. This weekend I'm not going to weigh myself and just work on on my fitness :)
UGGHHHH! I'm trying to tell myself that it's just the water weight from TOM. But idk, maybe it's something I'm eating? I have been eating a lot of fruit this week to control my TOM sweet tooth, but that's the only thing I can think of that I've changed. But it's back to my veggies next week.
