I'm back into the now-familiar "gain a pound, lose a pound" cycle. I know that this is where my body has settled in the past, weight-wise, but there is such a difference in muscle tone. I am fitting comfortably into the clothes and sizes I was aiming for, but I still want to get to my goal (which I've adjusted to 150, at least on my ticker). I know I'll never have a flat tummy again, not after 4 kids, but I should be able to improve my shape somewhat!
In the plus column, I went shopping for a swimming suit, and even though I won't be winning any pageants, I didn't want to cry, either. Maybe the lights and mirrors are getting gentler...
