I am starting again from Wednesday 11 April 2012.
I have entered my new weight and am starting my exercise programme again. The biggest change this time is that I am going to consistently count calories to keep them below 2000 (ideally 1800) and that way I should be able to see results and lose fat and build muscle WOOHOO!!
