I ended the day with 1carb... I ate a 3x3 at in n out with spread and grilled onions for dinner. It was too much just meat and cheese... but today was experimental to see how I will feel and also to see how it changes the scale. Resisting French fries and milk shakes was easy, proud of myself for that! Also I had zero artificial sugars today 👍already planning a super low carb day for tomorrow. I went shopping today to switch up my meals and snacks 🤞fingers crossed for some scale success this week!

Thank you @from371 I even sat and watched my family share a shake and fries 😩 so far my worst temptation was opening a Reese's cup package for my daughter. I almost just popped it in my mouth out of habit of unwrapping the foil and peeling back the paper and shoving it in my face lol 🙈
