Again 2XAlli pills. Fasting til 12:00 (just coffee and water). Ate a banana at 2:30 a.m. to satisfy sweet tooth. LOL.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
