My husband is dieting also, well actually we are trying to change the way we eat since he is retired now. We have been juicing, doing yoga together on the WII and walking more. So I will be away for 9 days and hope to have lost weight on vacation rather than gained this time. My daughter wants to walk 5 miles a day while I visit so that will help too. I would like to lose 20-25 lbs and my husband wants to lose 25 lbs. also.
